This political cartoon is about the Spanish American War. The cartoonist's message is that america is bring war to Cuba. Many might say that Cuba is the one that caused America to bring war. This cartoonist used exaggeration by making Uncle Sam bigger than everything around him. This cartoonist also used labeling, because he or she labeled the could as "war" to signify that Uncle Sam is bringing war with him.
